Thom D Young
Thom was a university lecturer in law immediately before entering the legal profession in 1978. He has been involved in advising companies on a very wide range of legal and practical business issues over the period since then and is proud of a reputation for giving sound, no nonsense, commercial advice. He has specialised in Employment law since the early 90’s. He appeared before his first tribunal in 1982 and has achieved an enviable record of success in tribunals since then with less than a handful of decisions going against his clients.
He has held and currently holds appointments in a number of public and
quasi-public organisations.
He has spent over 30 years advising, consulting and mentoring business clients and has recently added Executive coaching to his repertoire, having undertaken formal training in that discipline. He is now undertaking Executive and business coaching, principally in areas related to people management including performance management, change management and development of HR strategy and HR leadership.
